The short version: a pilot is the full Scale surface, free for 90 days, with the exit terms fixed in writing before anything installs. Enterprise adds the deployment surface your security org may require — dedicated or on-prem deployment, private networking, SSO — set up with us.
Pricing policies that apply everywhere
Section titled “Pricing policies that apply everywhere”These are platform-wide, not tier features:
- Your model spend is yours. Bring your own model key at every level. You pay your provider directly, at your rate. We never resell your model tokens and we never add margin to your provider’s rate.
- No invented billing unit. No credits, no “agent compute units”, no per-run meter. Your bill does not move when your agents work harder.
- No per-seat charge. Seats are unlimited on every paid plan — the fifth or fiftieth engineer who adopts the agents costs you nothing extra.
- No cap on agent work. We don’t cap agent runs, tasks, questions, or reviews.
How the decision gets made
Section titled “How the decision gets made”Your pilot produces its own evidence: the day-0 eval baseline and its trendline, verified connections, and real usage. Two weeks before day 90 we bring that evidence to the conversion conversation — Scale or Enterprise, or a clean wind-down on the terms you signed.

Maturity, honestly
Section titled “Maturity, honestly”Two surfaces are newer than the rest, and their pages say so prominently: the Spellbook Data Catalog is in research preview (the agents, governed writes, and context graph under it are the mature spine), and the Conductor is in preview — it proposes rather than silently acts, and irreversible actions always require approval, enforced in code.
